RKOOA
Privacy Policy
Effective July 18, 2026
What we collect
- Name and phone number when you join a queue or make a reservation — this is how your spot is held and how your provider recognizes you.
- Email address if you sign in (providers, and clients who create an RKOOA+ account).
- Visit history — services, dates, and provider — connected to your client record, plus notes your provider chooses to share with you.
- Optional details you add, like a birthday month and day (members) or favorite styles.
- Saved items (providers and, when enabled, products), keyed to your phone number.
- Device push registration only if a provider turns on phone alerts.
- Operational events such as queue updates and notification records that make the app work.
How we use your information
To run the queue and reservations, operate RKOOA+ memberships and benefits, show your history to you, and send the updates you ask for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising.
Who can see what
Your provider can see the details of clients they serve — your name, phone, visits with them, and notes. Other customers can never see your name or phone number; public queue information is limited to counts and wait estimates. Our database and authentication are hosted by Supabase.
Storage on your device
We use your browser’s local storage to remember things like your active queue spot and the phone number you save with — not third-party tracking cookies.
Your choices and deletion
You can leave a queue at any time, unsave providers or products, and turn off alerts on any device. To request access to or deletion of your information, email rkooahd01@gmail.com from the phone or email on file and we will handle it promptly.
Children
RKOOA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian may add a child to their own queue entry.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Meaningful changes will be visible in the app.
