What RKOOA is

RKOOA helps you find providers, join live queues, and reserve estimated arrival windows. Waits and positions are estimates, not guarantees — a reservation is an estimated arrival window, never an exact appointment. Providers control their own queue and may adjust it to run their business.

Providers are independent

Providers on RKOOA are independent businesses. Services, pricing, and conduct in the shop are between you and your provider; payment for services happens in the shop.

RKOOA+ membership

• $9.99/month, started securely online or activated in shop. Membership starts after payment is confirmed — there is no free period.
• Benefits (like the monthly service perk, loyalty rewards, and extended booking) follow the current membership policy and may be adjusted; active benefits are always shown in your account.
• Online subscriptions can be canceled through the billing portal. In-shop memberships can be canceled with the provider. Benefits continue until the end of the paid period.

Paid line skip

Skipping the line costs the price shown and agreed to at the moment you request it, is charged in addition to your service, and is paid in shop. A skip never displaces the client being served or the client already up next.

Fair use

Use your real name and a phone number you control, hold one active spot per provider at a time, and show up for spots you take — providers may remove no-shows or decline service. Do not misuse, probe, or disrupt the service.

Product recommendations

If product recommendations are shown, purchases happen on the external retailer’s site under the retailer’s terms — the retailer owns checkout, fulfillment, and returns. RKOOA may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.

Disclaimers and liability

RKOOA is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we are not liable for missed spots, wait-time differences, service outcomes, or indirect damages, to the fullest extent the law allows.
